Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using https://www.taxdialer.com (“Site”) and the services provided therein (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“T&C”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
Services and Pricing

Scope: Tax consulting, return filing assistance, reminders, document review, etc.

Fees: All fees are variable service taken by customers . GST and other statutory taxes apply as per law.

Payment Gateways: We accept payments UPI, and major debit/credit cards. All payments are processed by the respective gateway; we do not store card details.
Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance of service delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a payment fails or is reversed (e.g., chargeback), we reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services until full payment is received.
Refund & Cancellation

Standard Refund: You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if Services have not yet commenced.

Partial Refunds: If Services have begun (e.g., review of documents initiated), a pro-rata refund may be offered at our sole discretion.

Chargebacks: Any chargeback initiated without prior notice may result in suspension of Services and referral to collection agencies.
Client Responsibilities

Provide accurate, complete information and documents in a timely manner.

Keep your account credentials confidential; you are responsible for all activity under your account.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, software) is our exclusive property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TaxDialer’s total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these T&C or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

In no event shall TaxDialer be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TaxDialer and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, loss, or expense (including legal fees) arising out of your breach of these T&C or your misuse of the Services.
Modifications
We may amend these T&C from time to time by posting the revised terms on the Site. Your continued use after such changes constitutes your acceptance.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
